    Jaime was super helpful on our flight back it was delayed several times because of a problem with the pneumatic system. The a/c wasn’t working either. I contacted Jaime to see what she could see on her end about our flight because at the airport we were getting mixed messages about the flight being cancelled and delayed. Once again she jumped right on it and kept me informed and checked in on us constantly.I’m really impressed with her, it was my first time using a travel agency, and it was a great experience.I told Jaime my next trip has to leave out of Norfolk because I’m done with flying for a while😊
